Phyllis Mary Reignier Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Mary Reignier of Green Bay, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 8, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Gagnon and Emma Gagnon (Elhert); her significant other Lee Noack; her grandson Jeremie Reignier; and her siblings, John, Dorothy, Helen, Joyce, Allen, Lois, Robert and Donald.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia LaBrosse (Allen), Bernard Reignier (Cheryl), Laurie Jobelius and Dan Reignier (Peggy); and her sister Jeanette Steeno. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, 15 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Blaney Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1521 Shawano Ave, Green Bay, WI 54303). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
