She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Kimball and Gladys Kimball (Zahrt); her stepmother Helen Kimball (Kitchenmaster); her siblings, William Kimball (Ann), Charles Kimball (Joan), Helen Montoure (Lee), Bob Kimball (Jeanette) and Doris Woldt (Earl); her parents-in-law, Albert Sconzert and Mabel Sconzert; her stepmother-in-law LaVerne Sconzert; and her brothers-in-law, Dan Schauer (Nancy), Larry Schauer and Ron Schauer (Jan).

She is survived by: her husband Lyle Sconzert; her children, David Sconzert (Julie), Bill Sconzert (Kathy), Bob Sconzert and Karin Sconzert (Tim Morton); her grandchildren, Jenna Sconzert, Sam Sconzert (Katie) and William Morton; her stepgrandchildren, Bob Siebert (Carrie Hager) and Jenni Siebert; her great grandchild Troy Sconzert; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Alex Hager (Emilie Pludeman) and Madison Peters (Josh); and her in-laws, Audrey and Norman McGarvie. She is also survived by many loving relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials made in Phyllis' honor may be made to Our Saviour Lutheran Church, Green Bay Botanical Gardens, or Unity Hospice.
