He was predeceased by: his parents, Clint Fontaine and Irene Fontaine (Nooyen); and his in-laws, Bud and Carol Kuske. He is survived by: his wife Cheri Kuske; his children, Chad Fontaine (Sarah) and Danie Jacobs (Tom); his grandchildren, Connor, Carlee Fontaine, Jasper, Hudson and Oliver Jacobs; his brother Rick Fontaine (Linda); his brother-in-law Bob Kuske (Linda); and his niece Staci Rohm (Bryan).
