He is survived by: his children, Mike Harmala (Terri) and Lori Kingsfield (Kevin); his grandchildren, Christina Kingsfield, Kelly Nickolai (Josh) and Andrea Ludlow (Jake); and his great grandchildren, Lexi McDonald (Alex), Carson, Grayson, Maddix, Mayson and Emmi. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
