He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond W. Campbell and Frances Campbell (Smits); his siblings, Elizabeth Pfaller, Dorothy DeMars, Helen Koehn and Tom Campbell; his brother-in-law Roger (Szemraj); and his daughter Patricia.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Szemraj; his children, Catherine Adams (Brian) and Michael Campbell (Jamie); his grandchildren, Lauren LeCoque (Rob Laux), Cassie LeCoque, Tyler and Grace Campbell; and his siblings-in-law, Randy Szemraj (Gail Bundy) and Sherrie Szemraj. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and their spouses.
