He is survived by: his wife Linda Steinfeldt; his children, Tonya Lemens (Greg), Kasie Holloway (Collin), Brandon Gerlikowski (Carrie), Courtney Gerlikowski (Matt Goll) and Blake Gerlikowski; his grandchildren, Tyler, Jonathan and Ashley Lemens; his children, Mikael, Calla Holloway, Elyse, Emma Gerlikowski, Jaxson, Carter Goll and Hailey Gerlikowski; his sisters, Marilyn Jauquet (Jerry), Jeanne Miller and Dawn Krull (Randy); his siblings-in-law, Bruce Steinfeldt (Mary Kay), Elizabeth Hopewell (Brian) and Harvey Steinfeldt (Sue); his close friends, Terry Wiensch, Jason "Doobie" DuBois and John Criel; Katie, Casey Mleziva, Cooper, Jace, Jason Johnson, Adam, Jamie Frizzo, Stella, Davis and Lori Bowen. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, a memorial fund will be established. The family kindly requests no flowers.
