He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Vogel and Anna Vogel (Geiger); his wife Hedy Binversie; and his son-in-law Carl Davidson. He is survived by: his children, Debbie Smet (Mike), Diane Davidson, Greg Vogel (Renee), Lisa Geurts (Al), Christine McDonald (Michael) and Pam Sanders (Nick); his grandchildren, Eric Smet (Allison Gustafson), Tyler Smet (Liz), Colin Davidson (Deanna Sanders), Alayna Davidson, Corey Vogel (Ashley), Brett Vogel (Lauren Kowalczyk), Alissa Brown (AJ), Brian Geurts, Megan Geurts, Evan Vogel, Olivia Sanders and Parker Sanders; his great grandchild Henry Brown; his sister Elaine Martin (Bob Hjelle); and his brothers-in-law, Jack Goehring and Ralph Binversie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
