He was predeceased by: his parents, James LeRoy and Leona LeRoy (Schmidt); his siblings, JoAnne Raddant and Michael LeRoy; and his aunt Myrtle LeRoy.
He is survived by: his son Jon M. LeRoy (Nadine); his granddaughters, Anna and Elise; and his siblings, William Brennan (Marilyn), Jim LeRoy (Connie), Jack LeRoy (Darlene), Lucy Kaczmarek (Brian), Steven LeRoy (Shelly), Susan LeRoy (Pete), Mary Pinkston (Shane), Mary Steinfeldt and Michelle Ramsey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Proko-Wall Funeral Home (1630 E Mason St, Green Bay, WI 54302). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
