He is survived by: his wife Polly Soukup (Fortemps); his sons, Richard Soukup (Jaime) and Michael Soukup (Devon); and his grandchildren, Terah Soukup, Britni Soukup, Kylie Soukup, Dane Soukup and Sunny Soukup.
