He is survived by: his wife Mary Hansen; his children, Steve Schlag (Holly), Paul Schlag and Karen Young; his son-in-law Martin Croake; his grandchildren, Jack, Madison, Sam Schlag, Alex, Toby Schlag, Abby, Sophie and Joey Young; his siblings, Jack Schlag (Donna), Carol Allen (Gary), Joan Schlag, Joyce Ostrowski (Jack) and Joseph Schlag (Deb); and his in-laws, Don Hansen, David Hansen (Jane), Dennis Hansen (Mary), Mark Hansen (Patti) and Eric Hansen (Mary). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
