He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Miller and Elsie Miller; and his close friend Doug Campbell. He is survived by: his siblings, Janet Bernetzke (Dan), Mark Miller (Vicki) and Heidi Walschinski (Jeff). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
