He is survived by: his wife Debbie Holub; his daughter Laura Doucette (Holub); his son-in-law Josh Doucette; his stepdaughter Crystal Vaile; his children-in-law, Luke Vaile (Jamie Longsine) and Kimberly Longsine (Tamara Stockman); and his siblings, Julie Gruendemann (Tom Binger), Janet Tess and Andrew Holub.
