He is survived by: his mother Hannah Wixtrom (Nurmi); his siblings, Todd Koski, Candice Schoenherr (Joseph) and Tammy DuBord (Gary); his sister-in-law Christine Koski; his stepsisters, Leah, Lori, Terri and Tammy; his close friend Hannah; and his grandparents, Andrew, Aili Koski, Florence and Leo Nurmi. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Augustine Catholic Church (574 Kloman Ave, Republic, MI 49879). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Republic Township Cemetery.
