He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hmielewski; his sons, Mike Balderas (Alicia) and Tom Mittelsteadt (Nicole); his grandchildren, Isaiah, Amelia, Noah, Daysan, Adrienne, Eli and Devina; and his siblings, Tina Broehm (Scott) and Todd Krueger (Laurie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
