She is survived by: her daughters-in-law, Carol, Nita, Mary and Christa; and her sons, Michael, John and James Debbout. She is also survived by her four daughters-in-law, her grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Unity Hospice.
