Visitation was held on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church (312 Victoria St, Green Bay, WI 54302). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers and other expressions of sympathy a memorial will be established in Ruth's name.
