He was predeceased by: his parents, Delores McKindles and Patrick McKindles; Van. He is survived by: his significant other Elizabeth McBride of Sturgeon Bay; his adoptive mother Sally McBride of Baileys Harbor; his sister Ava Frenza (Matt); his nephew Matt of Arizona; his sister Erin McKindles-Murto of Green Bay; his siblings' children, Kendall, Leah and ReiJo; his sister KC Rokstad (Jeff) of Idaho; and his siblings' children, Devon and Riley.
