He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Collin and Ardella Collin; his son Mason William; and his father-in-law Ronald Jacobs. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Jacobs; his children, Mitchell, Jacob and Jordan Roskom (Casey); his grandchildren, Payton Lily Collin, Parker and Ella Roskom; his siblings, Debbie and David; his mother-in-law Darlene Jacobs; his siblings-in-law, David Jacobs (Chris), Cindy Walder (David) and Mary Chris Kerscher (Jim); and his godchildren, Kory Baker and Amanda Rusch. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 14th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Bernard Catholic Church (2040 Hillside Ln, Green Bay, WI 54302). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established, or the family asks that you plant a tree in Steve's memory.
