He is survived by: his wife Heidi; his daughters, Chelsea Michiels (Tony), Johanna Lederer (Andrew) and Lauren Effa (Isaac); his grandchildren, Cohen, Loral and Zayden; his siblings, Mary Dalebroux, John Gillis, Joe Gillis and Jerry Gillis; his nieces and nephews, Chris (Shannon), Brandon, Brent, Dylan, Wayne, Trevor and Jessica (Dave); his mother-in-law Doris; his siblings-in-law, John Greve and Suzie Brooks-Balskus (Mike); and his uncle Ronnie Giese.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in Steve's name.
