He was predeceased by: his father Donald Hoffman. He is survived by: his mother Darlene Hoffman; his wife Shely Dehne; his children, Rachel Pfantz (Ryan), Ethan Hoffman (Anna) and Rebecca Pidkalyuk (Nikolai); his grandchildren, LucyMae, Evelina, Peter, Lincoln, Elias and Eliana; his sister Christine Peil (Jerry); and his aunt Janet Tyre (Charles Tyre). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred and will be divided between Fort Wilderness Ministries and Veterans' Services.
