He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Kubacki and Elaine Kubacki; his brother Warren; and his siblings-in-law, JoAnne Ramey and Larry Bonk.

He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, Kyle Kubacki (Katelyn), Allison Haberle (Mike) and Nick Kubacki (Catie); his grandsons, Kameron, Keegan, Wesley, Cal and Jackson; his brother Mark Kubacki (Megann); his sister-in-law Mary Jo Bonk; his niece Jennifer Benassi (Mike); and his nephew Jeff Ramey (Margaret).
