She is survived by: her husband Merle DeChamps; her sons, Don DeChamps (Mary) and Dan DeChamps (Kathy); her grandchildren, Heather Zimmerman (Matt), David DeChamps, Laura DeChamps (Jon), Matt DeChamps (Kassy) and Sylvias; her great grandchildren, Haleigh, Sophia and Landon; her brother Paul VanDam; and her sister-in-law Dotti Zuidmulder.
