Zaffke (Linda), Geri Long (Steve) and Karen Jakubowski; his sibling-in-law Pat Polasik (Connie); and his siblings' children, Jason Zaffke (Becky), Jamie Zaffke (Joy), Kimberly Long, Arthur Long and Robert Long. He is also survived by other relatives, and friends.
