He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Francis "Curly", Rosalie King and Don Mayville; his father-in-law Lonnie J. Yowell; his brother-in-law Lonnie Yowell, Jr.; his uncles, Wayne "Butch" King and Roger King; and his cousin Sarah Jo Mayville.
He is survived by: his parents, Tony Mayville and Connie Mayville (King); his wife Amanda "Mandy" J. Yowell; his sons, Evan (Ethan King) and Tony (Connie Mayville); his grandmother Marie Mayville; his mother-in-law Rebecca Yowell of Gladstone; his brothers, Kyle Mayville (Maddie Bailey) of Escanaba and Kalvin Mayville of Manistique; his brother-in-law Marc Yowell; his nephew Jackson Yowell of Kalamazoo; his uncle Don; and his aunt Becky Moody. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
