He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice Folsom, and Thomas L. Folsom, Sr.; his wife Randi D. Stageberg; his sons, Ricky and Nicky Folsom; his sister Karen Folsom; and his in-laws, Niles "Swede" Stageberg (Marcy), Janet "Punky" Otte (Ken), Donna Kimmes (Leo) and Sherry Stageberg.
He is survived by: his son Scott Folsom (Sandy); his granddaughters, Hanna and Katie; and his brother-in-law Douglas Stageberg. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
