He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Norbert Reinhart and Bernice Reinhart (Fleck); his spouse Meridith McCullough; his sister Mary Schall (Reinhart); his parents-in-law, Norman and Mary McCullough (Arendell); and his brothers-in-law, Norman Jr., Thomas and Bruce McCullough.
He is survived by: his sons, Max Reinhart (Keri Spezzano), Samuel Reinhart (Jennifer) and Benjamin Reinhart; his grandchildren, Myles Williams, Wren Reinhart, Riley Reinhart and Mitchell Reinhart; and his siblings, Mark Reinhart and Elsa Reinhart.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Tom's name to the De Pere Historical Society, where his brother Mark Reinhart has been a long-time board member and historian.
