He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Vreede and Catherine Van Vreede (Dempsey); his wife Lori; his siblings, Anita Hammill (John), Marion Hurley (Harold), Helen John (Donald), Phyllis Mauthe (Larry), Jim VanVreede (Ester), Mark VanVreede (Carol), Lucille Moser (Bill), Marguerite Lamers (Gordon) and Jerry Van Vreede; and his granddaughter Marissa Dedick.
He is survived by: his children, Joan Bley (Dale), Gary Van Vreede (Jeanne), Ken Van Vreede (Cindy) and Judy McKeough (Pat); his stepchildren, Kathy Dedick, Dan Conard (Janet) and James Conard (Lisa); and his sister-in-law Myrt Van Vreede. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund for Wisconsin Parkinson Association, in Tom's name has been established.
