He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Jo Mellen (Rayome); his sister Suzanne LaCombe; his grandparents, Ellis LaCombe, Eileen LaCombe, Ernest Rayome (Garth) and Beatrice Rayome; his uncles, Joe Rayome, Butch LaCombe (Sherry), Jack LaCombe and Larry LaCombe; and his aunt Ardy Schmitz.
He is survived by: his father Thomas A. LaCombe Sr. (Donna); his daughter Suzy Owen-LaCombe; his grandchildren, Kyla, DeLyla, Nickolaus, Sammie Owen-Aebischer, Malanna, Bobbie Sue Halonen, Railee and Akaya; his siblings, Terry Chambers, Peggy LaCombe (Jim), Andy LaCombe (Tia), Vicki Urbanek, Kelly Urbanek and Tim Urbanek; his aunts and uncles, Richard, Mike (Karen), Bruce (Lisa), Roger, Darlene (Gary), Mary (Jack), Peggy (Dale), Barbie (Tom), Tammy and Maureen; and his nieces and nephews, Jessica (Anthony), Shana, Kiana (Zach), Keith (Julie), Justin, David (Aviva) and Eric (Maryssa). He is also survived by great nieces and nephews, cousins, and many other family and friends.
The family would like to give their thanks and appreciation to St. Vincent Hospital 6th floor ICU staff and to UW Organ and Tissue Donation.
