He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Lieshout and Mayme Van Lieshout (Van Heeswyk). He is survived by: his wife Betty Van Lieshout; his children, Victoria Van Lieshout, Robert Van Lieshout (Marilyn), Mark Van Lieshout (Julie) and Patrick Van Lieshout (Michelle); and his grandchildren, Jaret Ornelas SJ, Myrinda Ornelas, David Van Lieshout (Iwona), Kathleen Lewis (Matt), Matthew Van Lieshout (Kayla), Benjamin Van Lieshout, Alexander Van Lieshout (Ashley), Joshua Van Lieshout (Brianna) and Jakob Van Lieshout. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Forbes Funeral Home and Cremations (319 W Spruce St, Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235). A prayer was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Mary Catholic Church (7491 Co Rd H, Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the memorial scholarship fund that has been created in Tom's memory.
