He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Smeester and Eleanore Smeester (Turensky); his wife Patricia Perlongo; and his brother Danny. He is survived by: his children, Tim Smeester (Barbara), Todd Smeester, Troy Smeester (Kristi) and Tamara LeDuc (Eric); his grandchildren, Miranda Malone, Liam Smeester, Roiana Smeester and Parker LeDuc; his great grandchild Jaylen; and his brother James Smeester (Chris). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Newcomer Cremations, Funerals (340 S Monroe Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301, USA).
In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred to the Green Bay Humane Society in Thomas' name.
