He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Unger and Armella Unger (Tagge); his sisters, Barbara Vandermause, Suzanne Zimmerman and Colette Flood; his brothers-in-law, Dr. Timm Zimmerman and John Flood; his brother Richard Unger; and his sister-in-law Betty Unger.
He is survived by: his children, Angela Seider (Steve), Tony Unger (Nikki) and Gregg Unger (Celine); his grandchildren, Andy Seider (Reid Schwartz), Allyssa Nessa (Kris), Peter Seider (Eugenia), Danny Seider (Rachel), Haley Andres (Logan), Caitlyn Kumbalek (Davis), Grace Bergner, Jacob Unger, DJ Kline (Ashley), Jenna Machesky (Tyler), Alex Kline and Colin Kline; his great grandchildren, Taylor, Emerson and Samuel Nessa; his grandchildren, Emilia, Eliza Seider, Brooke, Madison Seider, Lucia, Elsie Kumbalek, Giovani, Hudson Machesky and Cooper Kline; his brother Robert; and his siblings-in-law, Hank Vandermause and Kay Unger. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in his name.
