He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lemmens and Lorraine Lemmens (VandenLangenberg); his father-in-law Bernard Dworak; his brother Darrell Lemmens; and his goddaughter Alison Lemmens.
He is survived by: his wife Pam Dworak; his children, Heidi Reuter (Isaiah) of Denmark, Jill Kapinos (Kyle) of Kellnersville, Jason Lemmens (Tina) of De Pere and Michelle Wallerius (Pete) of Denmark; his brother Ken Lemmens; his sister-in-law Jane Lemmens; his mother-in-law Kathleen Dworak; and his siblings-in-law, Jeff Dworak (Sharon), Donna Faulds (Mike), Judy Hoffman (Bud), Tom Dworak (Colleen), Art Dworak (Patti), Kay Loppnow (Larry) and Roseanne Dworak. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
