He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy and Angela (Mathys). He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Parks; his children, Mary Jadin (Matt) and Cory Basten; his grandchildren, Rowan and Jett Jadin; his daughter Stephanie Basten; and his brothers, Mike and Rick Basten. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers and other expressions of sympathy the family will establish a scholarship fund in Tom's name.
