He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter C. Smith, and Betty Smith, Sr. (Charles); his siblings, Bernice "Beedee" Boncher, Dale and Roy Smith; and his sister-in-law Carol Zastrow.
He is survived by: his children, Kristy Smith (Scott Buckarma), Jason Smith (Connie), Tammy Smith and Chad Smith; his grandchildren, Heather Cummings, Cody Cummings, Brandon Smith, Ashley Robinson, Madison Amren, Dakota Smith and Matthew Sydmark; his great grandchild Jordan Cummings; and his siblings, Linda Beckers (Dan), Bill Smith (Kathy) and Gail Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
