He was predeceased by: his parents, Art Manthei and Violet Manthei (Born); his granddaughter Amber Erdmann; his brother Jim; and his sister-in-law Margaret Born.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Anderson; his children, Allan Manthei (Tammy), Terry Manthei and Denise Manthei (J. R. Schampers); his grandchildren, Eric Manthei, Justin Manthei (Lacey), Jered Erdmann, Dylan Manthei and Jessica Manthei; and his sister Sharon Bennett (Philip). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other family, and friends.
