He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert "Bill" Mommaerts and Mary Margaret Mommaerts (Krueser); his son Michael; his brother Tom Mommaerts; and his brother-in-law Jay Nesvacil.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Baeten; his children, Bill Jr., Katie, Tricia and Nick Mommaerts (Emily); his grandchildren, Gordon and Ruby; his siblings, Julie Schaffner, Kathy Jones (Ron), Chris and Joe Mommaerts (Brenda); and his siblings-in-law, Ken Baeten (Jeanne), Rosemary Schott (Lloyd), Theresa Nesvacil (Rod) and Taci. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
