He was predeceased by: his parents, Parnell Simon and Dorothy Simon (Kuntze); his wife Mary; his granddaughter Olivia; his brother Parnell Jr. Simon (Jean); and his nephew Bill Simon.
He is survived by: his children, Sue Podoski (Lee), Mark Simon (Mari) and Gary Simon (Laura); his grandchildren, Eric (Brittney), Kalynn (Sean), Jamie, Jenna (Matthew), Will and Katherine; his great grandchildren, Beckett, Tia, Taytum, Blake, Ryley, Dylan, Ella, Madison, Benny and Charlie; and his niece Carolyn Simon. He is also survived by in-laws and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Blaney Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1521 Shawano Ave, Green Bay, WI 54303). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Unity Hospice in Bill's name.
