He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Ellis and Francis Ellis; his son Mark Ellis; his daughter-in-law Lori Ellis; his grandchildren, Sean Ellis and Kathryn Ellis; his brother Ron Ellis; and his siblings-in-law, Bobbi, Jerry Devera and Joe Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Dan Ellis and Becky Ellis; his grandson Riley Ellis; his siblings, Barb Allen and Steve Ellis (Sue); his brother-in-law Tom Markunas (Michelle); his niece Amy Galluzzo (Al); and his great-niece Andrea Reddic. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
