He was predeceased by: his father J. Michael Phillips. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Harper Phillips; his significant other Tulsa; his sister Kathy Eaton; his nephews, Zane Eaton (Kendall) and Michael Eaton (Bill Esposito); and his great-niece Seraphina Eaton.
Per his wishes, in lieu of a memorial service, the family asks that you contribute to your favorite charity, donate extra time to a cause dear to you, and when you have a pizza, remember him with the smallest corner piece, his favorite!
