He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Hang and Jeanette Hang (Goller); his aunt Betty Schaefer (Goller); his cousin Dr. Winifred Held; his parents-in-law, Bert and Verena Wester; and his pets, Winnie and Fritz.
He is survived by: his husband Kevin Wester; his sisters, Judi Hohlen (Al) and Mari Hang (Margaret Duckhorn); his nephew Fred Hohlen (Melissa McGonegle); and his close friend Tom Donaldson CSsR.
