She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Cook; her sisters-in-law, Joan Alexander (Dick) and Lorraine Steiner (late Tom); and her parents, Reginald Worel and Bess Worel.
She is survived by: her children, Jim (Sandy), Ron (late Gina), Mike Cook, Sherry Lowery and Lori Koster (late Mark); her grandchildren, Lisa Cisewski, Evan Cook (Samantha), Adam Cook (Cassidy Erickson) and Nathan Cook (Cassie); her great grandchildren, Valerie, Gavin, Chase, Colton Max, Lauren, Leland, Holden and Blakely; her sister Joan Madsen (late Walt); and her sister-in-law Janet Siler (Harry). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial to the church in Jean's name is appreciated.
