He was predeceased by: his brother Greg. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Heather Dishinger, Alison Carlson (Cory) and Jeff Kolar (Jackie); his grandchildren, John III, Rhiannon, Ryan, Emily, Cayden, Jiliann, Jakob, Nathan, Dylan, Joshua and Natalie; and his siblings, Kris (Gordy), Debra and Kenny. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
