He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen. He is survived by: his daughters, Stephanie Fitzgerald (Jeff), Jessica Melaszus (Nick) and Elizabeth Witczak (Brad Bolyard).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to organizations that were meaningful to Joseph. Contributions may be directed to the Homeless Veterans Initiative or Fisher House at Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center.
