He was predeceased by : his parents, Alfred Eichhorst and Sylvia Eichhorst; his parents-in-law, Harry and Fay Bintz; his brothers, Frederick and Kenneth; and his brother-in-law Brian Bintz.
He is survived by : his wife Hollie Bintz; his pet Taxi; his children, Evan Borths, Kayla Fritsch (Jeremiah), Matthew Eichhorst, Tessa Eichhorst and Andrea Kohler; his grandchildren, Haillee, Sawyer Fristch and Kyle Kohler; his siblings, Barbara (Jerry Klug), Linda (Chuck Skenandore), Bev (Nick Beno), Susan (Roehrborn), John (Barb Eichhorst), Jim (Sheryl Eichhorst), Ron (Connie Eichhorst) and Michelle Devroy; his aunts, Eunice Siebert and Verona Eichhorst; his godsons, Cody Aude and Jeremy Roehrborn; and also, Carla (Richard Gerndt), Brad Bintz, Karen Bintz and Paul (MaryAnne Kust). He is also survived by many friends, cousins, nieces and nephews.
