He was predeceased by : his parents, Harvey Pagel and Viola Pagel (Stanelle). He is survived by : his wife Pat Devroy of De Pere; his children, Shelly Raasch (Todd) of De Pere, Brian (Amy), Kayli of Greenleaf and Craig of Greenleaf; his sisters, Diane Delvaux and Judy Rotzenberg (Richard) of Greenleaf; and his siblings-in-law, Rita Devroy of De Pere, Jim Devroy of Green Bay, Ken Delvaux, Alan Devroy, Cliff Devroy, Judy Devroy and Mary Ann Devroy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Rich's memory to support Alzheimer's and Cancer research.
