He is survived by: his parents, Michael Michels and Carolyn Michels (Bartels); his wife Laura Halfmann Michels; his daughters, Tyne and Ayla; his pet Spur; his sister Michelle Cali (Justin) of Florida; his nephews, Caleb, Jonah and Jacob; his niece Calista Cali; his sister Kirsten of Minnesota; his uncle Steve Bartels (Karen) of Pickett; his aunt Linda Anderson (Roger) of Oshkosh; and his in-laws, Tom, Cathy Halfmann, Kim Wagner (Tim) and Aaron Fond (Kat). He is also survived by other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces & nephews.
