He is survived by: his wife Cordelia Van Linn; his stepsons, Scott Cook, Jeffrey Cook, Peter Polcyn and Stanley Polcyn; his stepgrandchildren, Amber Hall (Adam), Natasha Cook and Preston Cook (Lorell); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Oliver Hall, Lilah Hall and Lincoln Cook; his siblings-in-law, Dale Nelson (Glenda) and Karen Nelson; his nephews, Scott Van Linn (Tammy), Craig Nelson (Heather) and Steven Nelson; his niece Jennifer Meigs (Bert); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Mace Harrington, Ian Nelson, Claire Nelson and Adam Nelson. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
