He was predeceased by : his parents, Hubert Horn and Anna Horn; his siblings, Darlene Tessar (Wayland) and Duane Horn (Marilyn); and his daughter Cindy Brinker.
He is survived by : his wife Faith Horn; his children, Jim Brinker (Ruth) and Angi Horn; and his grandchildren, Catherine Brinker, Madeline Brinker, Emma Brinker, Nicholas Nagel and Silas Nagel.
