He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Johnson and Lois Johnson (Cole); his in-laws, Herman and Lucille Noeldner; and his siblings-in-law, Diane Johnson, Butch Prust, Nathan Noeldner, Donald Noeldner and Al Noah.
He is survived by: his wife Eleanor B. Noeldner of Greenwood, WI; his children, Scott (Michelle) of Greenwood, WI, Lisa (Jim) of Weston, WI, Kristin (Coy) of Boulder Junction, WI and Sara of Altoona, WI; his grandchildren, Brettain (Kaity), Kirkland (Skyla), Madeline (Buck), Korinna, Braelynn, Makiya, Sharissa (Jake), Jakob, Lukas, Allison (Adam), Arin (Brian) and Anika (RJ); his great grandchildren, Ryker, Thea, Prudence, Jude and Lucille; his siblings, Vera Prust, Dale (Ginny), Sam (Sharon) and Ray; and his in-laws, June Noeldner, Barb Noeldner, Brenda Noah, Edward Noeldner (Kris), Gordie Noeldner and Randy Noeldner (Karen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Our Savior's Lutheran Church (110 W Begley St, Greenwood, WI 54437). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
