He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel A. Deegan and Ada M. Deegan (Fitzpatrick); and his siblings, Shirley Kilpen, Helen Messier, Jeannette Culton, Robert, James, Donald and John Deegan.
He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, David Deegan (Lorraine), Darrell Deegan (Vivian), Donna Miller, Dana Pfeifer (John) and Dixie Weidman (Mike); and his siblings, Betty Schilt (Ron), Mary Schilt, Rose Krance (Terry), Daniel Deegan and Ronald Deegan. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many special friends.
